Faisal and I planted today the tree area in front of our apartment.  Our street has this awesome organization that gives you all the flowers, miracle gro, tools, equipment to plant in front of your apt every change of season and it’s FREE.  They get generous donations from people who like seeing pretty plants, like SJP, who lives on our street and other stores so that events like this can happen.  I love planting it was my chore as a child and now I’m glad I can use my green thumb even if its just a small patch.  It was a lot of fun and I think we did a pretty good job besides the fact that faisal made an excuse to go get “equipment or other supplies” just so that he could get out of planting :)
