…just worked night call which was 14 hours which is always fun lol. The one thing great about my night was I delivered my two very first babies. It’s always special and they came out healthy and perfect just as they should. I felt pretty proud. It’s kind of funny how the mom can be dropping F-bombs left and right probably because she didn’t want us to give an epidural (pain galore) then goes to the biggest smile you will ever see a person give when they hear their baby cry for the first time. So crazy how you can love something so fast without knowing who are anything about it save for the fact that is yours. To be honest I think for those who don’t have children they are missing out a bit partly because of this intense emotionally reaction I think is special and something you won’t ever feel unless you have had a baby. Anyways these were the first of many babies but your first one always is special when you are doing it and not just assisting.
